Our mission at Bucks New University is to transform lives through education and the best possible student experience. We’re proud to have been awarded silver in the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) 2018, gaining recognition for our supportive learning community, highly interactive teaching, and employment focused courses.

As a student within the School of Arts and Creative Industries at Bucks, you’ll learn with the same tools as the professionals, giving you an edge when entering the demanding media job market. We’re one of the first academic institutions in the UK to have a Vizrt broadcast virtual studio system installed. Facilities at our High Wycombe Campus also include audio-visual editing suites with Final Cut Pro/Studio, video studios with green screens, along with our Outside Broadcast mobile unit, equipped for broadcasting live events.

But studying at university isn’t all work and no play; we’re proud that our Students’ Union has been voted number three in the UK for representing students’ academic interests (NSS 2019). We’ve got loads of clubs and societies that you can join, to expand on a current hobby or try something new, all free to join through our Big Deal package.
