About Grand Scheme Media
Grand Scheme Media was set up by television executives Graham Smith and Mark Robson. We provide two distinct but integrated services. On the industry side, we provide development expertise, format advice, script editing and production packaging for independent producers, talent agencies and a broad range of media and creative clients.
We are hired on a daily or retainer basis to provide insight into commissioning, advise on the strength of ideas and to win business.
Hand in hand with this we have become a highly regarded training organisation working with the BBC Academy, The National Film & Television School, ScreenSkills, The Indie Training Fund, and Guardian Masterclass. Our training focuses on the practical arts of development and production across a range of genres, with genuine insight into commissioning and programme-making. Courses include Development Bootcamps, Writing & Winning Commissions, Understanding Commissioning, Script Editing for TV and How To Get Into Television.
