Designed by TV people, for TV people, Gritty Talent was founded on the mission to power-up diversity and inclusion in the UK TV Industry. We believe that there is huge untapped potential in the UK’s diverse communities, but in order to shine, raw talent first needs to be visible and connected to decision makers, mentors and influencers, and given the opportunity to flourish.

Our team is made up of highly experienced TV and training professionals who have worked for decades on some of the UK’s biggest factual programmes. Collectively, we nurture and promote talent from under-represented groups and help them access decision makers in TV.

In tandem we provide bespoke talent searches and ED&I consultancy for individual production companies and channels, and skills development for talent, to ensure that everyone we work with has the best chance of sustained success.
