Creative production management in animation
This Creative production management in animation programme has been designed for heads of production, directors, and mid – senior level animation producers. It offers practical advice and insight on the skills needed to schedule, manage, resource, and budget multiple animations at all stages of development and production.
Supported by the ScreenSkills Animation Skills Fund with contributions from UK animation productions and delivered by Indielab, the programme is delivered by seasoned animation producers and leading experts. The programme will focus on the development of senior-level skills in budgeting, pipeline, scheduling and timelines, contractors, stakeholders, and key technology choices needed to manage and successfully deliver individual and multiple animation productions.
Who it's for
This programme is aimed at mid – senior level animation producers, heads of production, directors who want to develop their production management skillset to meet today’s requirements for animation and lead teams to deliver high-quality work. Applicants can be either freelance or studio-based.

Creative production management for animation will run across four consecutive days between 09.30 -13.30, from Tuesday 21 to Friday 24 May. It will cover:
