The second series of Channel 4's The Change is filming in South Wales and the Forest of Dean.

  • Are you aged 18+ and not currently in full time education?
  • Do you live within a 45 minute commute of Caldicot?
  • Would you love to work behind the camera in TV drama but have no prior experience.

In line with The Change's themes and story content around menopause in women, we particularly encourage applications from those around the age of, or with experience of, the menopause.

We welcome applications from those looking for a career change or currently out of work.

Come along to our free event in partnership with Sgil Cymru to find out more about the First Break programme.

First Break is an opportunity to get paid work experience on The Change S2.

As part of First Break you'll get careers advice, a training session explaining what to expect and the chance to apply for the paid placement on the production.

We are looking for people who are keen to learn, who are enthusiastic, hardworking and who are passionate and interested in working in TV drama.

You could gain experience in a range of different departments. For example, make-up, costume, art, production, assistant directing, camera, sound or lighting.

Come along, meet the crew and see what it’s all about.
