High-end TV encouraging good working: in practice
This in-person training is an opportunity for high-end TV professionals to learn how to manage themselves and others, and to connect in the real world with industry colleagues.
Course leaders Addie Orfila and Alison Surtees will guide discussions on improving personal and team resilience, wellbeing, managing expectations and dealing with conflict. They'll also provide an opportunity to discuss challenges and responsibilities with industry experts including a HR manager.
