Leading effective teams in VFX for HETV

Many people in VFX are promoted based on their technical skills, a significant majority receive no training in people management or leadership skills at all. This course, especially created for VFX professionals, aims to put that right with relevant, practical, supportive ideas and insights that busy team leaders and managers can put into practice right away.

Each course consists of the online session which includes breaks and a lunch break, AND a follow up one-to-one mentor session to really support you in developing your team leadership skills.

Who it's for

This course is for department heads, those who already have direct reports or are leading a team working either client side or vendor side in VFX.

The course is open to those running VFX teams that service HETV. Please also ensure you can commit to attending the course. As you can imagine, schedules in VFX mean it is hard to fill places if you drop out at the last minute.

What it covers

The course is rooted in the day-to-day realities of working in VFX. You will come away with key ideas, tips, resources and, above all, increased confidence in the way you develop effective team leadership skills.
