Producing TV during Covid: a production management perspective
Lockdown has presented huge challenges to production. One of the most pressing for production management, as the industry ramps up again, is ensuring effective assessment and management of the risk of Covid-19 in TV production.
Are HoPs and production execs able to get shoots up and running safely? How are they dealing with insurance and nervous contributors/crew? Are they back in the office or still working remotely? What other obstacles are they facing and what lessons can we learn from those who are already back in production?
Touching upon the new industry guidelines we aim to answers these questions and more with our panel of experts from production management.
This session is part of our spotlight on production management week of insight & training.
This session is for production coordinators, production managers, heads of production, production execs and anyone with an interest in producing TV safely during Covid.
