The three speakers in the session are
Chris Cox, Head of VP and Real Time Solutions VSS - Video Screen Services. VSS supports lighting crews, cinematographers, art department, and visual effects (VFX) on a wide range of feature film and HETV drama productions. They have recently supported the virtual production work on Happy Valley 3, Good Omens, and Apple TV Hijack. Chris will discuss what this entails, how in-camera effects are used and how this technology is shaping film and television production.
Johann Perry is an HETV cinematographer who has worked on drama, documentary, comedy, and commercials, most recently on television dramas The Tourist Season 2 and Happy Valley Season 3.
Ashley Mayse, VFX producer, is Emmy nominated for ‘outstanding supporting VFX’ for her efforts on 11.22.63 and Daredevil Season 1, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the discussion about her work on the virtual production scenes for Good Omens 2.
The webinar will be chaired by Michael Adefehinti, a Creative Technologist, Real-time Game Engine Specialist, and one of Framesync’s Co-Founders. He has worked under various roles involving real-time, virtual production technologies on several titles, such as Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom (2023), The Flash (2023), Black Widow (2021), No Time To Die (2021), Barbie (2023), and more.
