Reanne comes from a visual effects (VFX) background, working in the industry for more than five years with experience at facility and client sides of production. Her career has seen her work across both high-end TV (HETV) and film, as well as independent and personal projects. She is well versed in working with big budgets as well little or no budget at all.

She started working at a small studio, Lipsync Post. She took on a lot of big projects there, but it still did not quite prepare her for the bigger studios, MPC and DNEG, she moved to later, but she still managed to thrive. Since then, she is more settled being freelance VFX production, but she does enjoy helping out at the lovely studio, RealTime, when she has gaps in her freelance projects.

The highlight of her career so far was working on the live action Oscar winning remake of The Lion King at MPC as this was her childhood film. Massive adult win for Reanne! She has worked on multiple projects using virtual production and is absolutely loving the freedom and creative license that the LED screen provides to projects. Since becoming a ScreenSkills Leader of Tomorrow, she has discovered her intention to expand her knowledge into all aspects of post production, with career aspirations of becoming a post production supervisor. 

Leaders of Tomorrow is a three-year inclusion programme for mid-level professionals. Participants are nominated by senior colleagues in high-end TV. Reanne’s nominator Monika Chowdhary Kucynski said: "I nominated Reanne because her vendor based experience means she already has the skills, expertise and inherent talent required to become a great client-side VFX producer. I also believe she is a privilege to work with and that kind of talent should be nurtured. Through Leaders of Tomorrow, she can be supported in building a client-side network and fill any set related gaps that may exist."
