Rafi Toledano entered the world of real estate in 2009, during a difficult economic period. Despite his lack of experience and knowledge, he was driven by ambition and determination to succeed.

Despite the fact that many doors were closed to new hires given the economic situation, Rafi Toledano found a job at Weissman Real Estate, a small firm located in Lawrence, NY, which focused only on residential rentals and sales.

Success led to success, and Rafi Toledano was able to purchase a number of properties totaling millions of dollars, from a small Strip Center in Brooklyn, to approximately 20 NYC buildings valued at $250mm +.

In order to support homeless people living in the East Village, Rafi is a proud sponsor of food pantries and shelters. Additionally, Teens-At-Risk are a pandemic problem that NY is not immune to. Rafi is also a supporter and contributor of Project Extreme, an organization dealing exclusively with unfortunate teens.
