About
Nicole is an experienced Assistant Director, originally from London, now based and working mainly in South Wales (but more than happy to relocate).
Her first ever job was as a gymnastics coach but one week of work experience (War of the Worlds 2 - Urban Myth) in the AD department and she never looked back. She then worked her way up from Floor Runner to 3rd Assistant Director on Casualty (BBC Studios) before doing the same on War of the Worlds 3. Nicole now has experience on a wide variety of productions - from short films such as One Note Man (2nd AD - Cusp Films) to HETV dramas including Lost Boys and Fairies (Crowd 2nd AD - Duck Soup) and Death in Paradise (3rd AD - Red Planet).
Driven by her passion for her job and her commitment to excellence, Nicole endeavours to elevate every project she works on. With her keen eye for detail and her ability to navigate the complexities of production, she strives to ensure that all expectations are exceeded regardless of whether the task falls on the creative or logistical side of the job.
Nicole's experience as a gymnastics coach as well as a circus fitness and pole fitness instructor, has provided her with invaluable leadership skills that she is excited to carry forwards and continue honing in the TV industry. She hopes to become an exemplary leader who is dedicated to guiding a team, being a teacher, inspiring others and telling new stories.
