    Promoted to this position, Training program to become a Department manager or a Visual merchandiser. Specialised duties include performing opening and closing admin routines, banking store profits, weekly and monthly safety checks, fire alarm tests, stock takes, leading my sales advisor team, supporting the team's needs, reporting daily figures to HR, attending meetings, creating daily schedules, co-ordinating the staff and store, running the shop floor, working well in a high pressured environment.

    Worked with a student Composer and Directors, designed and made props, designing and constructing a large puppet lion head for a dance adaptation of 'Lion, Witch and The Wardrobe'.

    A 3 week project, creating a devised adaptation of Shakespeare's 'Twelfth Night', Worked with a group of actors to devise a show and Designed and created the Set, Costumes, Lighting and Sound with a small group of designers.

    Worked with a choreography student in creating a dance performance. Designed the Set, Costumes, Lighting, Video projection. Built and Painted the set and travelled with all the set's for the performance, assisted with the Get-in and Get-out of each Set piece, assembled and disassembled the set for performance and transport.

    Tasks included attending a Reccy and taking accurate measurements of the space, designing and sourcing set pieces, assisting the get-in and get-out of set pieces, dressing the set for filming, being present as a set dresser and helping hand during the shoot.
