About
Having followed an unconventional pathway through education and into the industry, Baely is a highly motivated and conscientious Production Manager. A lateral step into Film and TV during COVID saw her quickly progress, applying transferable skills and life experience to a considered style of production management that emphasises collaboration, inclusivity, accountability, and team progression. Since moving to Wales, her credits include The Way (Red Seam/Little Door), Dope Girls (Bad Wolf), and Mr Burton (Severn Screen). Excited to join the HETV Leaders of Tomorrow, she intends to expand her knowledge of the technical and creative departments, as well as the processes in development, financing, and budgeting, which will enhance her ability to approach decision-making roles holistically and contribute to training and mentoring schemes. Long term, Baely hopes to work alongside a network of multi-disciplinary decision-makers, contributing to conversations surrounding HETV and advocating for the industry via the creation of world-class content that is made sustainably for people and planet.
