About
Personable employee looking to start a career in the film industry due to a deep interest in camera work, cinematography and film sets. I have gained a range of life experience from bar work, working and volunteering abroad, solo travelling, and my current role of managing the accounts department of a contracting business. Accounts Manager
I have worked for a family business managing the accounts which has required me to develop my levels of organisation and administrative skills. In my job role I am required to correspond with sub-contractors advancing my level of communication further. A high level of teamwork also has been established to be able to operate with my colleagues in the office effectively. Key Skills Developed: -Administration -Organisation -Teamwork -Communication

Barman
I work for an events company in which I work on a bar at stadiums such as Twickenham, Twickenham Stoop and Franklin's Gardens. This job has a very high intensity due to trying to provide a service to such a large number of customers at one time. This required a high level of communication to be able to talk to my server or pourer about what drinks need to be made and what is currently in the highest demand to be able to provide a fluent and efficient service. Key Skills Developed: -Communication -Teamwork

Head of the Waterfront
For the Summer of 2021 I returned to the same summer camp in Massachusetts as I found the communal environment in 2019 extremely rewarding. During the summer, I ended up running the waterfront programme which included wakeboarding, water-skiing, tubing, kayaking, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding, sailing and general swimming. This role also required to manage the other lifeguards by creating daily schedules and making sure that the waterfront ran effectively with a high standard of safety, this required good coordination, development of organisation and a large and fast growth of leadership skills. Key Skills Developed: -Leadership -Coordination -Organisation

Camp Councillor and Lifeguard
In the summer of 2019 I worked at a Summer Camp in Massachusetts, I worked in a bunk with children ages 9-10 and 3 co-councillors. In doing this I had to work extremely effectively with my co-councillors. I was also the kayaking instructor and a general lifeguard which requires effective teamwork and communication for both lifeguarding and being a councillor so we were able to operate in a safe environment. The camp also runs in a very communal way, which required a quick adaption to a new environment and to be heavily immersed in the work and community. The job of working with children ages ranging from 7-16 developed my leadership skills and required a strong level of patience as they rely on the councillors very heavily to help them with things from tying shoelaces to organising events for over 100 children. Key Skills Developed: -Teamwork -Leadership -Communication -Adaptation -Patience

Waiter/Barman
I worked in a high-end restaurant starting as a waiter as a part time job. I became very accustomed to the high intensity environment very quickly and soon became one of the most valued part time employees as my boss who ran the front of house was happy to rely on me to do all the different jobs including setting up and packing down before and after a service which most part time workers were not asked to do. I also became the only part time employee to also work on the bar, as on busy days that would be the most intense job in the front of house due to the constant demand. To operate well in this environment, I had to develop good levels of communication and teamwork to effectively communicate with my colleagues to provide a high standard of service both on the bar and in the restaurant. Key Skills Developed: -Communication -Teamwork
