Raphael Toledano has entered the real estate world in 2009. This was a time of a major economic crisis. Despite he had no real estate experience or knowledge, Raphael was driven by ambition and determination to succeed. He had been working at Weissman Real Estate, a small Lawrence, NY-based firm from, which was focused only on residential rentals and sales.

In year one of Raphael's journey in the real estate industry, he has not gained many financial benefits. However, through his dedicated hours and effort, he was able to gain all the necessary experience and education needed for success in this field. The next years were successful for him. As an act of gratitude towards the firm - he stayed an extra year at Weissman Real Estate and shared profits with them. Success breeds success, and going out on his own gave him the opportunity to hire salespersons, bind deals together, and close more deals than ever before!

Raphael Toledano believes that his real success was from the East Village. He believes that he must give back to his benefactors, and so he supports and maintains The Creative Little Garden- an oasis of tranquility in the East Village in which guests can just sit down and relax. Unfortunately, there are homeless people living in the East Village as well. Raphael Toledano is a proud sponsor of food pantries and shelters within the area.
