With three decades of experience designing, implementing, supporting and maintaining Mac, PC and broadcast systems and workflows in high pressure commercial environments, I have a broad range of technical knowledge covering all aspects of IT and broadcast. I am always learning however and have a thirst for new knowledge and experience.

My specialties are: Broadcast systems and infrastructure, Rich media production systems, Streaming, Online, Publishing, Web, Mobile and OTT, Networking and telecommunications, IT systems infrastructure and workflow.

Always the right tools for the right job, I am a Mac person at heart but am just at home with Wintel and have some experience with penguins too

I currently manage the technical and practical operations of NewsStudios, News UK's TV, Radio and Photographic studios in their Landmark London Bridge offices.
My responsibilities include the entire broadcast chain from glass to glass, broadcast lighting, physical facilities and broadcast IT, all of this across two fully specified HDTV studios, a Radio studio, a Live contribution studio and three on-floor studio areas for the newspaper editorial teams.
