About
Currently looking for work within the TV and film industry, specialising in SFX and Prosthetics. I have a vast knowledge of mould-making and casting prosthetics, as well as the ability to apply pieces to create a holistic look.
Although I have limited experience within the industry, due to my role in education, I always keep my knowledge up to date and relevant by continuously having my own projects on the go. Over the last couple of years, I have noticed my confidence in my own abilities increase. Due to my creativity, I am good with my hands and using complex equipment and material, whilst still being safety conscious. Through my experience in teaching, I have an attention to detail as well as the skill in troubleshooting.

Masters of Art - Distinction Prosthetics for Film and TV
Due to covid-19 causing issues during my final year, I decided to complete my Masters to ensure that I had to sector knowledge to go into the industry. Through this course, I managed to advance my existing skills in mould-making and casting. I have learnt how to safely and successfully use new materials, such as fibreglass, resin, and foam latex and new software such as ZBrush.

Bachelors of Arts - 2:1 Specialist Hair and Media Makeup
Through this degree, I was able to develop skills, around the SFX and prosthetics sector as well as on-set makeup and editorial makeup. Since I specialise in SFX and Prosthetics, I have learnt skills such as character concept art, sculpting, mould making and silicone running. I am able to apply prosthetic pieces to create holistic looks, with good knowledge of industry-standard products. Unfortunately, I was not able to gain the portfolio I wanted in my final year, by doing my Final Major Project due to Covid-19.
