About
I am an avid film and TV enthusiast. My father first introduced me to film as he shares the same passion I have for this media. With this interest and enthusiasm I chose to study film at A-level and it was my favourite subject which resulted in an A grade. My family also work in the industry, as actors, and have recently started their own production company. This has meant I have been surrounded by film and TV my whole life. It also means I am lucky enough to have had valuable experiences, such as visiting film and TV sets and seeing the behind the scenes from a young age. One of my most memorable experiences was visiting the set of The Pirates of the Caribbean franchise in Australia when I was 13. This inspired me to consider the idea of working in film and TV and ever since then my desire to work in this industry has become stronger. I am now coming to the end of my final year of my Interior Design degree and the skills that I have acquired in my studies can be directly transferred to the industry. In my final year I have based all of my practical work on set design in theatre and film and this demonstrates my desire to work in this field. My passion for film and TV and my previous experience would make me an ideal candidate for a role in the industry.
