Isabella Bassett is a Producer and founder of Compatible Film & TV. They began their producing career in theatre before moving into film and television. They are experienced in script & story development, including having worked as Development Coordinator for BBC River City where they secured first-time commissions for 25 new writers. They were selected for Short Circuit’s Producer Accelerator 2022, GMAC Little Pictures and they are a BAFTA Connect member.

Short film producing credits include: ‘BEAR’ (2023, dir. Kate Hammer); ‘Car Sick’ (2023, dir. David Hayman Jr); ‘Do You Have Kids?’ (2023, dir. Tom Gentle); and is currently producing a Sharp Short, ‘This Desert Will Rust Your Bones’ (dir. Erica Monde). They are in development with BBC Studios on a new TV drama.
