Forbes 30 Under 30 company, where I would research and create treatments for potential shows. Information compiling with producers, writers and other R+D members. Create and edit short reels to give a tone and understanding of the treatment creation. People skills, interview skills and personable to the guests/ potential talent for the shows. Weekly two hours slot named 'Ryan's Basement' held over LCR RADIO. Voice Projection, Social Media networking, Editing, producing, programming and Audience Growth. Organised social events for 400+ students including organising freshers fortnight a 14- day programme including, Health and Safety, Event Management and Crowd Management.
