Tobi Kyeremateng is a BAFTA-winning film & TV producer from South London.
She has produced work internationally for renowned broadcasters and media such as the BBC, BFI, Channel 4, Film 4, Netflix, NOWNESS, Sky Arts, and more - including 'Konan: Trapped In Trauma' for Channel 4 Documentaries, mockumentary-comedy series 'DROPPED' for Channel 4 Comedy, and the E4 comedy-drama series 'How To Be A Person' which won 'Best Short Form Programme' at the 2023 BAFTA Television Awards.
In film, Tobi has produced several short films, including 'Blue Corridor 15' (BBC) which screened at Sundance Film Festival, Aesthetica Film Festival, London Short Film Festival and S.O.U.L Film Festival, and '1 UP', which premiered at the 2023 BFI London Film Festival. Her latest short film, 'Leaving Ikorodu In 1999' (Film 4/BFI), will be filmed in Nigeria in 2024.
Tobi was featured in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 – Europe – Art and Culture 2022 list, as well as being selected for the prestigious BAFTA Elevate programme for producers, BFI's NETWORK@LFF 2023 development programme, and ScreenSkills' Film Forward programme for those stepping up into roles on features and long-form projects.
She is currently developing and producing across a slate of short films, long-form TV projects, and feature films shooting locally and internationally.
