Jamie Chi is a Hong Kong Filipino filmmaker, stunt performer, LGBTQ+ rights activist. After receiving an MA in cultural studies at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France, Jamie advocated for Asian LGBTQ+ rights through her film. In 2019, her film Justice for Maya has been circulated in different film festival around the world. She is the director of a documentary & photography project Safe Distance, documenting Queer Chinese who are living in UK under COVID-19.
