Meet and contact the ScreenSkills high-end TV (HETV) team.

Kaye Elliott, Director of High-end TVkaye.elliott@screenskills.com

Kaye provides overall direction for how the High-end TV Skills Fund is used and is the main point of contact for the High-end TV Council, who have ultimate accountability for the fund. Kaye is the department's main spokesperson and you can contact her to find out about the strategy behind the levy fund, potential partnerships or collaborative opportunities and the High-end TV Skills Council and industry working groups. Kaye is based in the North of England.

Nicky leads on high-end TV industry liaison in relation to delivery of placements for Make a Move Plus (our career transfer and step up programmes that follow classroom based training) as well as overseeing Trainee Finder, Make a Move and First Break. Nicky provides strategic direction and leadership across the high-end TV offer internally and externally with industry. Nicky is based in the North of England.

Jacqui manages the day to day relationships with all high-end television-related training providers, working with them to ensure high-quality training is delivered that is outcome-focused. She also manages the tender processes and the contracting and monitoring of deliverables for all externally delivered activity funded by the High-end TV Skills Fund. Jacqui is based in the North of England.

Hannah leads on delivering Leaders of Tomorrow – our three-year stepping up programme, aimed at mid-level freelancers moving towards leadership roles. Hannah also leads on our professional skills courses for productions including Leadership and Management, Anti Bullying and Harassment and Mental Health Awareness. Hannah is based in the South West of England.

Alex coordinates the relationships with the High-end TV Skills Fund sub-committee, Skills Council and working groups. She also supports Kaye with her role as director, including developing relationships with industry contacts. She is also responsible for assisting with outreach and networking events within the high-end TV team.

Stephanie oversees the High-end TV Trainee Finder scheme (our new entrant programme) and liaises with productions to manage their trainee requirements and opportunities. She also oversees and works closely with Vicki Ball on First Break.

Latoya is the coordinator for the High-end TV Trainee Finder team. She works with Daisy to offer practical support to individual trainees with their placements and if you are a production wanting help with your paperwork.

Vicki’s role is to manage the Trainee Finder cohort of 200+ individuals day-to-day as the trainee-facing point of contact. Emily leads on the delivery of various high-end TV specialist projects including the virtual production programmes. She manages the day to day relationships with Regional public bodies, supporting the expansion, growth, and inclusive makeup of the workforce based out of London.  Working closely with the Senior Skills and Projects Manager, Emily also helps delivering other external training commissions in high-end TV. Emily is based in London.

Aleysha manages the HETV Leaders of Tomorrow programme, a three-year inclusive stepping up programme, aimed at mid-level freelancers moving towards leadership roles. She facilitates the day-to-day running of the programme, offering bespoke interventions to the participant cohorts, to ensure they are supported to reach their long-term leadership goals over the three years. You can contact Aleysha for more information about the programme and industry professionals can register interest with her to support the participants. She is based in the South East.

Rhianna works closely with Nicky and is the co-ordinator for all the HETV Skills Fund grade shortage training commissioned by our industry working groups, including Make a Move Plus. She looks after the application and paperwork process for all programmes as well as making sure all our participant brochures are up to date. She also supports Jacqui in her work with training providers.  Rhianna is London based.

Louise Bromilow, High-end TV Engagement and Projects Manager, North and Midlands - louise.bromilow@screenskills.com

Louise leads the delivery of performance tracking key programmes delivered by the Fund to assess success, value and impact. She manages the day-to-day relationships with screen-related public agencies, associated organisations and training companies in the North and Midlands of England. Louise also oversees a number of key bespoke HETV working group directed projects that support the expansion, growth and inclusive makeup of the UK workforce. She works as a sector representative overseeing the HETV bursaries fund. She is based in the North West.

Esther works closely with the new entrant team to support the administration and data handling of the high-end TV new entrant programmes including high-end TV Trainee Finder and First Break. Esther is London based.

Pippa visits productions from the regions which pay in the HETV Skills Fund to speak with participants who are on programmes to track and ensure their progression. She also speaks to programme alumni and informs other crew about the funds and initiatives which they can benefit from. Pippa is based in the North West.
