Act researcher

Lifted Entertainment are looking for experienced ACT RESEARCHERS for the returning series of The Voice UK.

Dates: Various start and end dates between April - August 2025.

Location: Manchester or London - please state your base in your application. 

Role: Lifted Entertainment (North) are looking for experienced researchers (at least two credits) who are confident working directly with contributors / performers and have demonstrable studio experience on large scale studio music and entertainment shows. 

Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria):

• Demonstrable experience on large-scale studio music and performance shows, such as The Voice, Voice Kids, or similar peak-viewing, high-profile series for UK broadcasters.
• At least two TV credits at researcher level on comparable series and showcasing a developed understanding of duty of care protocols.
• Proven experience working directly with contributors and performers, demonstrating sensitivity, professionalism, and an understanding of diverse needs, including accessibility requirements.
• Demonstrable knowledge of duty of care protocols, ensuring contributors and performers are supported throughout production in alignment with ITV Studios’ values of inclusivity and safety.

Other things we’re looking for (key criteria):

• Great communication skills and a love for working in a fast paced environment
• Experience working in a duty of care / support capacity
• The ideal candidate should have a passion for music
