Production secretary
Lifted Entertainment (part of ITV Studios) is looking for an experienced production secretary to join one of their much loved returning reality series productions.
Start date: 29 January to 7 June 2024 (19 weeks). Please note the start date is Monday 29 January or asap after this date - please add your availability to your application.
Location: Two days at ITV White City, London and three days WFH
Role: General production duties to support the team, excellent organisation and time management skills and confidence with crew communication are key.
Skills you'll need (minimum role criteria):
- At least one year's experience or three credits working at production secretary level in a non-scripted production environment
- Experience liaising with crews (or contributors) is essential - please evidence in CV or provide examples in cover letter
- Must be available from 29 January to 7 June 2024
Other things we're looking for:
- Experience of ITV’s systems beneficial - although any necessary training will be given
- Experience with international travel requirements, specifically VISA processes is preferred but not essential
