Production secretary

Potato (Part of ITV Studios) are looking for a PRODUCTION SECRETARY to join one of their returning entertainment productions.

Start date: 11 September 2023

Location: White City, London - hybrid working of office, studio and remote considered

Role - Booking travel, working closely with the editorial team as well as liaising with contestants and agents for a returning series.

Skills you'll need (Minimum role criteria): 

• At least 1 credit working at Production Secretary working closely with a TV editorial team 
• Experience and confidence talking to agents and contestants - please evidence this in your CV.
• Experience and confidence to book travel - please evidence this in your CV.

Other things we're looking for:

• Experience working in a studio environment with a good understanding of studio etiquette. Please evidence this in your CV.
• Experience of ITV’s systems - training will be given
