The ScreenSkills Film Team works with the UK film industry to help ensure it has the workforce it needs to thrive. Trainee Finder is a key service that ScreenSkills provides and is one of the best known and most widely accessed programmes. Trainee Finder places a cohort of carefully selected trainees with productions for on-the-job training.

The annual recruitment for the film Trainee Finder 2023/24 Cohort will start in October and end with the Cohort’s induction in March 2023.

The Film Trainee Finder Administrator will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the Film Trainee Finder Lead and Film Coordinator to deliver this recruitment and help ensure the smooth running of the department during this busy time.

The initial contract will run to March 2023. Salary for this role is £22,000 per annum. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Accuracy of monitoring and maintaining accurate records during recruitment process
  • Time management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom functionalities
