For the 4th consecutive year, Studio Ramsay is running its Diversity Step Up Scheme, and in 2025, we're excited to offer a unique opportunity for first-time edit producers to join our busy productions.

About the role:

Are you an experienced assistant producer ready to take the next step, or a relatively new producer eager to gain valuable edit experience? If so, this is the opportunity for you.

The scheme will run for six months, beginning mid-February 2025, over which time you’ll have the chance to work in the edit as an edit producer on at least two high-profile shows guided by an exec.

You will be based in a post house in central London. Throughout the scheme you will be supported by a mentor from Studio Ramsay team.

This programme is designed for skilled individuals at a mid-senior stage in their career who may not have had access to mentorship, training or leadership opportunities. It is designed to help people make that difficult career boosting transition to the next stage.

What we’re looking for:

Please note this opportunity is aimed specifically at people from ethnic minorities.

We are particularly interested in applicants who have:

  • A proven track record as an Assistant Producer on multiple series OR
  • Experience as a field or studio producer, but no experience in the edit
  • A background in factual entertainment or entertainment content
