Productions that contributed to the Animation, High-end TV and Unscripted TV Skills Funds were recognised at this year's Broadcast Awards.

The ceremony, rewarding the UK content, creators and channels, celebrates the very best in British television from the past 12 months and saw a number of the prizes going to shows that have paid in to one of the ScreenSkills managed Funds.

Ludwig, a contributor to the HETV Skills Fund, received the award for Best Comedy Programme while fellow Fund contributor Red Eye won the Best International Programme Sales award. Northern Irish police drama, Blue Lights picked up the Best Drama Series award and the headline-making Mr. Bates vs The Post Office won both the Moment of the Year and Special Recognition awards. There was also a win for the Gavin & Stacey Christmas special which was given a Hall of Fame award.

Elsewhere, Animation Skills Fund contributor Tabby McTat was also successful, winning the award for Best Pre-School Programme.

A host of production companies and broadcasters that contribute to the Unscripted TV Skills Fund were also successful with big wins for founding partners BBC and Channel 4 as well as ITV and Netflix. Dare Pictures, one of the Fund's working group members, were given the award for Best Emerging Indie.

We thank each production and company for their contribution and congratulate them on their awards.
