Coronavirus basic awareness for cinemas training
This online learning module and assessment test from ScreenSkills and the UK Cinema Association are designed specifically for all employees working in cinemas. They explain the control measures and management systems that you should expect to find when you return to work following the outbreak of coronavirus (Covid-19). It will also test your learning and – if you pass – provide a certificate.
The online learning module, divided into three sections, is a mixture of text, videos and simple quiz questions to gauge your understanding. The module assumes that through your everyday life you have some existing knowledge of the virus and government guidance in place. It covers key aspects of what you need to know and be aware of when you return to working in a cinema. You should remember, however, that each cinema will have varying guidance based on individual circumstances and risk assessments.
Following the learning module, you will be directed to the assessment test, which consists of 20 multiple-choice questions and has an 80% pass mark. Upon successful completion of the test, you will receive a downloadable certificate.
We recommend completing this module in one sitting. However, if you are not able to do this, your progress will be saved, and when you come back to finish the module you will be taken to the last screen you viewed.
You can repeat the online module and assessment test as many times as needed.
If you have further questions about this module, you might find the answers in our coronavirus e-learning FAQs.
