Leadership and management essentials refresher

This e-learning course complements the Leadership and Management Essentials online training, delivered by industry experts. It is designed for heads of department and managers seeking to enhance their leadership and management skills.

With the increasing scale of high-end production, heads of department (HoDs) need to be able to effectively manage, confidently support and appraise larger teams and foster an inclusive workplace. This course reinforces key leadership principles to help HoDs navigate these challenges.

Course certificates

The Leadership and management essentials course certificate is valid for 18 months. If your certificate has recently expired we suggest you take this e-learning course where your certificate will be valid for a further year. After this we suggest you retake the online course delivered by one of industry experts as the course may have updated.
