Overseeing the production process whilst coordinating all activities and operations, planning and drawing up the production schedule, agreeing and ordering all resources that are required.

I take responsibility of managing all maintenance of the set, including quality standards making sure everything is cost effective this involves negotiating and agreeing budgets with all clients and Heads of Departments, monitoring the whole production processes and adjusting the schedule as/when required, constantly liaising with all departments, crew supplies and companies, ensuring my heads of department are implementing all companies policies, goals and that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times, throughout the production I am also responsible for collecting and analysing data for reports.

I have experience in many departments over the years, I understand every crew member and artistes roles having worked in most areas myself, for many years I worked as a Casting Agent before I moved into Line Producing and Production Management and more recently produced my first Independent feature film “Out of Time” which I am proud to say won the best of festival award at the LGBTQ Un-boarded Independent film festival, fall 2020 (www.michellebillington.co.uk) , the film is performing massively above expectations on Amazon Prime in the UK and USA and is soon to be released in Japan, in addition to this award, I also hold awards from previous productions, notably 7 awards for the feature film “The Be All and End All”

Over the years I have worked on many different productions from TV, Pop videos, Documentary and Film which allows me to be successful in the role in question.

I bring a wealth of transferable skills as a Bodyguard, for many years I have been working in a high pressure film environment, from working towards time bound targets, managing business clients, talent, motivating staff to deliver the required performance, to arranging and organising projects/delivery of material and ensuring the right people are in the right role to deliver an end goal.

Working as a Bodyguard is an extension to my skills, this appeals to me as I can see how important it is to continue to develop, so I can grow and evolve within an established CPO industry. I am SIA Registered Close Protection Operative and First Response Emergency Care (FREC 3) qualified.
