Lifts

The venue has four floors and two lifts. The lift measurements are 200H x 78W x 130D.

Stairs and steps

There are 26 stairs between reception and level 1, they are wide and have a handrail.

Toilets

There are male and female toilets as well as one accessible bathroom in the Piccadilly Bar. These are dedicated toilets for the event.

The venue has baby changing facilities on site and these are located on the fourth floor.

Assistance for guide dogs

The nearest green space is St James’ Church which is a one minute walk.

Hearing aid induction loop

The venue has a hearing aid induction loop, but prior arrangements must be made to use this. 

Flashing lights/strobe lighting

No strobe lighting or flashing lights are planned to be used during the event.

Event rooms in use on the day

ScreenSkills events may use the Ray Dolby Room and Piccadilly Bar on the first floor.

Wheelchair accessibility

The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users. All floors of the building are accessible via the main elevators, there are no steps within the function space. Street access is via Piccadilly. Vehicles are able to drop off outside the building but there is no onsite parking available.
