Work-ready skills

Employers are looking for new entrants coming into junior roles in the screen industry to have the right set of ‘work-ready’ competencies, knowledge and skills to help them get their careers off to a successful start. This guidance, developed in partnership with Middlesex University, is to help educators prepare their students and give them the best chance of getting and succeeding in their job.
